EDUCongress Abstract Format and Writing Guidelines
All abstracts submitted to EDUCongress2026 must be prepared in accordance with the content structure, formatting rules, and ethical principles outlined below. Submissions that do not comply with these requirements will not be considered for review.

Formatting and Style Requirements
- Font: Times New Roman
- Font size: 12 pt
- Line spacing: 1.5
- Text alignment: Justified
- Citations and references: APA 7 style
- Abstracts must be prepared using Word or a similar word-processing program, and the final version must be uploaded to the online submission system.

Author Information and Contact Details
- Providing complete and accurate author information is mandatory. The following details must be included for each author:
- Full name
- Institution name
- Faculty / Department
- E-mail address
- Telephone number
- ORCID ID
- Incomplete or incorrect contact information may negatively affect the abstract review and acceptance process.

Abstract Content Structure and Length
- The abstract must include the following main sections in a coherent and integrated manner:
- Introduction / Problem Statement and Theoretical Framework: The purpose, significance, and theoretical foundations of the study (300–600 words)
- Aim and Research Questions / Hypotheses: The overall aim of the study and the main questions guiding the research
- Method: This section should clearly and consistently present the methodological framework of the study and must be written between 200–400 words. The Method section should be structured under the following subheadings, as appropriate to the scope of the study:
- Research Design
- Participants / Sample
- Data Collection Tools and Procedures
- Data Analysis
- Authors are expected to describe each of these components briefly, clearly, and consistently in line with the nature of the study.
- Findings or Expected Results: The main findings obtained or expected to be obtained (200–300 words).
- Keywords: 3–5 keywords that best describe the study
- References: References should be formatted in accordance with APA 7 style.
- The total length of the abstract, excluding references, must not exceed 1200–1300 words.
- Abstracts that fail to include the required sections or exceed the specified word limits will not be considered for review.

Review Process
- All submissions will be evaluated through a double-blind peer review process based on the following criteria:
- Originality of the research topic and contribution to the field
- Consistency between the research aim and methodology
- Clarity and adequacy of the findings or expected results
- Quality of academic writing and compliance with ethical principles
- Suitability for the selected presentation format

Academic Ethics and Use of Artificial Intelligence
- Abstracts that are fully or substantially generated using Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools will not be accepted.
- All submissions must be based on the original academic work of the author(s), including research design, analysis, interpretation, and academic writing.
- The use of AI tools beyond language editing and proofreading purposes is considered an academic ethics violation.
