How to Submit an Abstract to EDUCongress 2026
Abstract Submission Period: 1 February 2026 – 31 July 2026
Participation in EDUCongress
- EDUCongress 2026 will be held in Gaziantep between 16–19 September 2026.
- The congress offers face-to-face, online, and poster presentation
User Account and System Information
- User accounts from previous EDUCongress years have not been transferred to the 2026 abstract submission system.
Therefore, all participants are required to create a new user account. - The abstract submission system will become active as of 31 January 2026.
Important Points Before Abstract Submission
- All abstracts must be submitted through the EDUCongress 2026 online abstract submission system.
- Applications with missing information are technically rejected by the system.
- Abstracts must comply with the word limits specified in the system.
- Submissions exceeding the word limits will not be evaluated.
- It is recommended to prepare the abstract in a word processing program (e.g. Word) and then copy it into the system.
- Abstracts must be submitted under an appropriate thematic category in line with EDUCongress themes.
Academic Ethics and Use of Artificial Intelligence (MANDATORY POLICY)
- Abstracts written entirely or largely using generative artificial intelligence tools will not be accepted.
- All submissions must be the original academic work of the author(s). Research design, analysis, interpretation, and academic writing must be produced directly by the author(s).
- Apart from tools used solely for language editing, proofreading, or limited editorial support, any content generated by artificial intelligence is considered an academic ethics violation.
- During the evaluation process, abstracts may be examined using AI detection tools when deemed necessary.
- Submissions found to violate this policy may be rejected without entering the review process and removed from the system without further notification to the authors.
Important Notes
- The same abstract cannot be submitted under multiple titles or formats.
- Abstracts outside the field of Educational Sciences will not be evaluated.
- Minimum and maximum word limits apply to the main sections of abstracts (Problem, Method, Findings/Expected Outcomes, References). Submissions that do not comply with these limits will not be evaluated.
Language and Presentation
- The official languages of EDUCongress 2026 are Turkish and English.
All abstracts may be submitted and presented in either Turkish or English.
After Submission
- By logging back into the system with your username and password before the submission deadline, you may update:
- Your personal information
- Abstract title
- Abstract text
- Please keep your username and password safe, as they will also be required during the conference registration process.
