How to Submit an Abstract to EDUCongress?
Presentation Types and Durations
Within the scope of EDUCongress 2026, submissions are accepted in the following presentation formats:
- Oral Paper Presentations
- Online Paper Presentations
- Poster Presentations
- Panels and Workshops (subject to approval by the Scientific Committee)
- Each submission may be evaluated under only one presentation format.
- Presentation durations and session structures will be announced in the conference programme after the abstract acceptance process is completed.
Abstract Writing Guidelines
Abstracts must be prepared in accordance with academic writing standards, ensuring clarity and coherence.
The abstract text should include the following main sections:
- Research purpose, problem statement, and theoretical framework
- Method / research design
- Findings or expected outcomes
- Contribution of the study to the field
- Word Limit Structure for EDUCongress 2026 Abstracts
Recommended Word Distribution:
- Purpose, research questions, and theoretical framework: approximately 300–600 words
- Method / methodology: approximately 200–400 words
- Findings or expected outcomes: approximately 200–300 words
- References: 100-400
- The total abstract text, excluding references, should not exceed 1,200–1,300
- Authors are advised to prepare their abstracts in Word or a similar word-processing program and then copy the final version into the online abstract submission system.
- Abstracts that exceed the specified word limits or do not include the required main sections will not be evaluated.
Evaluation Criteria
- Abstracts submitted to EDUCongress 2026 will be evaluated through a double-blind peer review process based on the following criteria:
- Originality of the research topic and its contribution to the field
- Consistency between the research purpose and methodology
- Clarity and adequacy of the findings or expected outcomes
- Compliance with academic writing standards and ethical principles
- Suitability for the selected presentation format
- Submissions identified as being entirely or largely generated using generative artificial intelligence (Generative AI) will not be included in the evaluation process.
